Thank you for choosing Hamilton Beach for your home appliances. As part of our commitment to quality, your appliance is covered by a warranty. To ensure that you enjoy the full benefits of this warranty, we encourage you to register your product after purchase.

Hamilton Beach Warranty Terms and Conditions 

This warranty is valid only for domestic appliances purchased and used within the U.K. It does not apply to commercial use. To activate your warranty, register your product within 30 days of purchase. 

Product Registration

Registration is required for warranty activation. Please refer to your product manual to confirm the applicable warranty period.

THE HAMILTON BEACH GUARANTEE

All Hamilton Beach appliances are covered by a manufacturer’s guarantee against defects in materials or workmanship under normal domestic use.

HOW LONG ARE THEY GUARANTEED FOR?

1 Year Standard Guarantee: Automatically applied for the first 12 months. Claims during this period should be made through the retailer where the appliance was purchased.

Extended Manufacturer Guarantee: Register your appliance within 30 days of purchase to extend your coverage to 2 / 3 / 5 years (as shown on the packaging).

Claims after the first year (for registered products) should be made via Hamilton Beach Customer Service.

HOW DO I REGISTER MY GUARANTEE?

Submit a copy of proof of purchase to validate your extended guarantee.

IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Keep your original receipt — proof of purchase is required for all claims.
  • Guarantee applies only to domestic appliances in the United Kingdom.
  • Registration must be completed within 30 days to activate the extended guarantee.

WHAT IS COVERED

Electrical faults caused by manufacturing defects

At Hamilton Beach’s discretion:

  • Replacement with a product of equal value
  • Gift card to spend on our website if a replacement is unavailable
  • Please note: Repair services are not offered.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

  • Glass, plastic parts, or filters
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage, misuse, or abuse
  • Unauthorised repairs or modifications
  • Tampering with plugs or wiring
  • Use inconsistent with the instructions in the product manual

HOW CAN I CLAIM UNDER THE GUARANTEE?

Within Year 1: Contact the retailer where the appliance was purchased.
