Air Fryer Mini Calzones

Whip up these quick and easy mini calzones in your Hamilton Beach air fryer! These mini calzones make the perfect midday lunch or an ideal starter to a larger meal. Plus they're so more-ish you'll keep coming back for more!

Ingredients:

  • 1 pack (400g) Ready Roll Pizza Dough
  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce, divided
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
  • 24 slices pepperoni, divided
  • 2/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided

Method:

  1. On a floured cutting board, unroll pizza dough and cut in thirds width wise. Refrigerate 2 pieces of dough.
  2. Roll out pizza dough to 8x5-inch rectangle.
  3. Spread about 2 tablespoons pizza sauce on half of rectangle, sprinkle with about 1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese. Place 8 pepperoni slices over cheese.
  4. Top with 3 slightly rounded tablespoons shredded cheese. Fold dough over filling. Crimp to seal edges.
  5. Transfer calzone to air fryer basket. Prick top with a fork. Set air fryer temperature on 200°C.
  6. Turning halfway through, cook 8 to 10 minutes, or until golden brown. If crust starts to get too brown, cover with aluminum foil.
  7. Repeat Steps 2 through 5 with remaining dough.
