How to Register Your Warranty:

To register your product warranty, please gather the following information and click to register here:

  1. Model number of your appliance.
  2. Details of your place of purchase.
  3. Your contact details.

Warranty MUST be registered within 30 days of purchase. Any warranty registered after 30 days will be void. Please Note: We only accept warranty registrations for products purchased in the UK.

This warranty applies to products purchased and used in the UK. This is the only express warranty for this product and is in lieu of any other warranty or condition. This product is warranted free from defects for a specified period from the date of purchase. Repair or replacement of defective components is available within this period, with return shipping costs borne by the customer. If the product or component is no longer available, we will provide a similar replacement of equal or greater value.

This warranty excludes coverage for glass, filters, normal wear, improper use, accidents, alterations, abuse, or misuse. It applies only to the original purchaser or gift recipient and requires the original sales receipt as proof of purchase. The warranty is void if the product is used for non-household purposes or operated outside specified voltage and waveform requirements other than as specified on the rating label.

We exclude claims for special, incidental, and consequential damages due to breach of warranty. Our liability is limited to the purchase price. We disclaim all implied warranties, except where prohibited by law, in which case they are limited to the duration of this warranty. This warranty grants specific legal rights, and additional rights may apply depending on your location. Some regions may not allow limitations on implied warranties or certain damages, so these limitations may not apply to you.
